
My Yom Kippur break-the-fast was a week and a half ago, but I'm still consumed by thoughts of delicate Smoked Nova Salmon, bright pink Kippered Salmon, salty Smoked Mackerel and plump Smoked Whitefish.
Luckily, I bought enough fish for a small army (actually a large army), so I've had leftovers to enjoy over the last week or so. At this point, though, there are just a few slivers of Smoked Salmon left, ready to be scrambled lovingly into Lox, Eggs and Onions.
I guess you know what I'll be having for dinner tonight.
