To think, we New Yorkers thought the meat selection at our local Whole Foods was pretty darn good! But, according to The Detroit Free Press, we are shamefully out of the gourmet loop.
They even provide a sidebar recipe for authentic Brunswick Stew, calling for - among other ingredients - four squirrels, skinned and cut up.
Hafta admit that the stew sounds kind of tasty. Might just break out my shotgun, head over to Central Park and kill me some fluffy-tailed varmints for dinner.
