I've never had a champaign vinegrette that tasted remotely like champaign. I think you would have to use alot of it to get the flavor, non?

Ya know, you still need to drop by for a nice afternoon snack of smoked/grilled treats. Something casual and carefree. I could invite over local food bloggers for a gathering of the minds. Dress? Casual.
