Cheese has ALWAYS been my chocolate.

You haven't lived until you've porked out on a divine sheep's milk cheese called Brin d'Amour (bits of love). And it is.

It's worth the hunt.

Lately, I've had a thing for Manchego. Lovely complement to any triple creme. Or just because.
