The title of this posting is actually a bit of hyperbole. Then again, the devil comes in many forms and the following dish is unadulterated, blissful sin:
Recipe: New Year's Eve Evil
1 bag Lightly Salted Kettle Chips
Creme Fraiche
Tennessee Paddlefish Caviar
Fresh Chives
Pick out the most golden brown, lovely, perfect chips from the bag. Lay them out on a platter. Top each with a dollop of creme fraiche, a bit of the caviar and a few artfully placed snippets of fresh chives.
I plan on preparing this satan-inspired recipe for my friend Erin's Brooklyn bash tomorrow night.
Hope you all have a great New Year's Eve. See you for more vamping in 2005!
Sing HEY for the love of the Fraiche !!!
oh man oh man oh man oh man. Such a lovely treat. A dollup in to the stew, the gravy, the soup!
Papa like.
