Wow, you sure got a lot of words in there. Just know that I have duck fat handy, turkey meat over there and the most outrageous hand made sausages in the fridge. Hungarian Kielbasa and Merguez, I can hardly wait !!! The Tolouse was absolutely amazing and will be buying that over the standard Italians as I can. Good happy food.
