In Philly, it was simply a luxuriously self-indulgent afternoon treat at Capogiro, while Mama Vamp was in the midst of recovery. And, don't think for a second that she didn't ask for a pit stop at this artisanal gelateria within 24 hours of checking her out of the hospital.
